Gee's health mix is a fine flour of Finger Millet + Foxtail Millet + Navara Rice + Horse gram + Barley + Green gram. Where else you'll find such a healthy combination. Check out the usage instructions below.
As a Refreshment drink
1. Take a cup of water
2. Add one spoon of health mix to cold water
3. Heat and stir until it is boiled
4. Add half a cup of boiled milk.
5. Add some sugar or honey if needed
Mixing it with other food
- Puttu - Add two or three spoons of health mix to normal puttu flour and follow the steps mentioned here.
- Dosa/Idly - Add two or three spoons of health mix to normal dosa batter and follow the normal dosa recipe.
