Blueberry Chia Seeds Smoothie
- Take 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of blueberries, and 1 cup of sliced banana.
- Grind all these well in a mixer grinder.
- Pour this into a glass and add 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds to it.
- Add some honey if needed.
Chia Lemon Water
- Take 1 tablespoon of chia seeds in a glass and pour some water into it.
- Put it aside overnight for soaking.
- Add one tablespoon of soaked chia seeds to a glass of lime water and mix it well.
Chia Omelet
- Take 1 egg in a bowl.
- Add some salt and pepper to it.
- Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds into it.
- Heat a pan and pour the mix into it and cook well.
Chia Yogurt
- Take 1 bowl of yogurt or curd.
- Add one tablespoon of chia seeds to it.
- Add some salt for taste and mix it well.
